The Seminar aims to bringing together economists, modelers, and policy analyst in order to explore the adverse effects experienced by the agro-food sector and rural economics during and and after the recent finacial crisis, to measure and evaluate the depth of the demage in the affacted areas to develop and discuss solutions and to derive recommendations for the future to more easilty cope with an other severe crisis.
